The importance of the adversarial principle in civil proceedings

Within the framework of this article, a detailed analysis of the provisions of the law and the positions of domestic jurists on the role and significance of the adversarial principle in civil proceedings is carried out. The article considers the process of formation of the principle of competition in Russian law, its relationship with other principles of judicial proceedings.
