The value of the process of human resource planning in management system of the organization

The process is a stable, purposeful set of interrelated activities, which according to a certain technology purposefully converts the inputs and out-puts of the system, representing the value to the organization from the standpoint of competitiveness and efficient use of enterprise resources to create or receive value (product, service). Process approach in personnel management is based on the hypothesis of a commonality of interests be-tween the individual and the organization. On the one hand, employees are considered in the employment process, which implement the objectives of the enterprise. On the other hand, the organization for the employee is the op-portunity to realize economic interests, including higher level of social needs, i.e. self-expression (full realization of creative potential). In the result of the build process management system in a single schedule, subordinating the in-terests of the community for the purpose of receiving the focused useful re-sult. In our opinion, the process approach in management planning activi-ties of the staff allows to synthesize the unity of management methodology, goal-setting joint activities, and adaptation of the worker to production en-vironment. Strategic development of standards of the competitive environ-ment in the management of the staff highlights a number of approaches to assessing the quality of human resources, determines the areas of employ-ment, forms of business career of employees.
