The clinical picture of microbe-inflammatory diseases of kidney and urinary tract of children varies. The effect of different infectious factors with the development of immunosupressive states and non-specific clinical manifestation is characteristic for this pathology in children age. The procalcitonin test is the innovative diagnostic method of nephrology, it diagnoses a desease at early stages, optimize the desease prognosis.
