The value of implementing a practice-oriented training model in the formation of professionally important qualities of cadets of higher education institutions of MIA of Russia

The study focuses on justification of necessity of implementing a practice-oriented training in higher educational institutions of MIA of Russia, taking into account the specifics of the educational process in them. A brief analysis of the features of professional training of cadets of higher education institutions of MIA of Russia is carried out, approaches to the application of the practice-oriented model are given, and the directions of implementation of the practice-oriented model in higher education institutions of MIA of Russia are described. On the example of the Kazan Law Institute of MIA of Russia, conclusions are drawn about the positive impact of the practice-oriented training model on the formation of professionally important qualities of cadets, as well as on improving the efficiency of the internal affairs bodies.
