Importance of free-economic zone Ulyanovsk Vostochny airport for the development of Ulyanovsk region and Russia as whole

This article deals with the development of free-economic zone of Ulyanovsk Vostochny Airport and Dimitrovgrad Nuclear Research of Atomic Reactors, as well as the possibility of merging them into the unitary conglomeration which will help to re-establish the atomic aircraft manufacturing in Russia. The article analyses both positive and negative sides of uniting, as well as the history and the process of atomic aircraft building and the necessity of its using in the current situation. The author employs the method of analysis and offers the ways of building the nuclear reactor that will facilitate the junction of the reactor with the aircraft as well as heat transfer from the reactor that is one of the main problems of building the initial objects. The author proposes the developmental variation of the united zone in case of the temporary denial of the aircraft building or as a whole. The article gains applicability in light of recent political events and scientific development in military sector, namely in relation to the building of the miniature nuclear reactor that was successfully employed in the development of the newest intercontinental ballistic missiles. The author considers that the materials of the article will contribute to the development of the Ulyanovsk region, as well as gain further development as a part of future thematic scientific conferences of the city.
