The significance of the social component in preserving the individuality of the population of Russia

The article examines the features of the cultural development of the nation, based on the historical and economic premises on which the development of social relations of the sovereign territory took place. The issue of organizing the population's free time and educational activities of the state in terms of disease prevention is touched upon. The possibility of strategic planning of the social sphere by minimizing the load on medical institutions with the correct alignment of priorities is assessed. The peculiarities of the cultural development of a nation are linked to the identity of the population, the reason for which lies, among other things, in geobranding. The object of study is the sanatorium and resort industry of the Russian Federation, which is actively involved in preserving the identity of the population. Problems of social transformation lead to an imbalance in the development of the social sphere. The social sphere in most cases is subsidized. For this reason, the article proposes to make changes to the main regulations governing the use of property in the sanatorium and resort industry of the Russian Federation. It is emphasized that the health resort industry solves a whole range of social problems of society, stabilizing the internal climate, reducing the number of conflicts within the state and strategically solving problems facing the state, primarily related to the prevention of a healthy lifestyle of the population, organizing leisure time and preserving the health of the workforce. The author proposes to solve this problem considering the scalar chain of the control system existing within the state. From the individual, to the organization, then to the industry and defining interests at the level of the state, as a unifying socio-economic entity. Great emphasis on corporate social responsibility. The health resort industry is defined as a corporation.
