Role of the USSR in struggle of developing countries for NIEO

The subject of the gfiven article is the analysis of the role of USSR for the struggle of developing countries for establishing the new international economic order (NIEO) between the «North» and the «South». The conclusion of the article: the USSR had only political, but not economic motives of the assistance to developing countries in their struggle for NIEO against neocolonial dependency on developed capitalist countries, as the USSR did not have the division of labour with developing countries.
