The importance of the land plot information as an auction subject to be included in a trading notice

The issues related to the requirement of the Land Code of the Russian Federation on the provision of the auction organizer with the publication of the notice of the auction in terms of the inclusion of information about the land plot are investigated. The principle of equal access to the acquisition of land plots by citizens and legal entities is ensured, including by the requirement to provide potential bidders with complete and reliable information about the subject of the auction. The Land Code of the Russian Federation provides for a list of information that must be reflected without fail. If they are absent, then on separate grounds the land plot, which is in state or municipal ownership, cannot be considered as the subject of the auction. The designated list of information is inextricably linked with the issues of legal regulation of the legal regime of land plots: established in relation to them land categories and types of permitted use. It is also related to the regulation of land development issues. The article discusses certain legal consequences associated with the violation of the requirements for the information contained in the notification.
