The importance of theoretical abstraction in the formation of creative thinking

The article reflects an urgent pedagogical problem - the formation of creative thinking. The idea is substantiated that the basis of creative thinking and its formation is a theoretical abstraction. The author focuses on dialectical categories: identity, opposition, contradiction, which constitute the essence of abstraction. The author concludes that it is necessary to revise the main direction in the teacher's practice: from the formal implementation of the program - to the transformation of the student's consciousness on the basis of the dialectical way of thinking.
