Values of quality indicators and their relationships in milk of kholmogor breed cows as an element of herd health control

The article presents the results of a scientific study identifying relationships between milk quality parameters and their correlations with the metabolic status in lactating Kholmogor cows kept in stalls all year-round at the Nikolsk agricultural production cooperative in the Arkhangelsk region. 3089 milk samples from monthly test milkings were analyzed during 2023.
