This article presents the monitoring data on various diseases among students of special medical group. Classes with students of special medical groups must include both health and training activities. To achieve the training effects is possible only with the systematic lessons with a gradual load increase and the introduction of non-standard methods in the training conditions. Only systematic, strong and scientifically based medical-pedagogical control in physical education becomes an effective means of preservation and promotion of students' health and improvement of fitness. Bodily exercises are known to bring structural and functional changes in the body that lead to the boost of capacities of various organs and systems. The authors emphasize that the introduction of various breathing techniques in the training conditions increases the range of compensatory-adaptive reactions in the body.
