Relevance of ethical dominating idea for upgrading the contemporary Russian education

The paper examined the fundamental part taken by the factor of ethics in the conceptual paradigm of knowledge in social studies and humanities. The study stressed relevance of spiritual and moral principles inherited from the traditional pattern of Russian school of pedagogics for strategies of upgrading procedures in the contemporary Russian education scheme within the frame of globalizing changes.
