Knowledge and education as global social welfare

The article researches the new ways of the urgent issues solution, such as: intellectual property protection and literacy campaign in the developing countries, which is feasible on the basis of research of the knowledge and education as global social welfare. The authors consider issues of the international collaboration in the educational sphere, emphasizing impact of the education on the economic development of the country.
