Gold and foreign exchange reserves of Russia: problems of formation and use

Foreign exchange reserves (Intеrnаtiоnаl rеsеrvеs) is the gold reserves and currency in the Central Bank of the state. Foreign exchange reserves is owned by the state treasuries and Central banks reserves of gold bullion and coins, funds in foreign currencies balances with banks abroad and foreign banknotes and coins.
