Zoobenthos was investigated in 70 water bodies of Leningrad oblast and St. Petersburg in 2009-2015. Discusses the impact of landscape characteristics, in which the lakes are located, natural and anthropogenic factors on the formation the composition, structure and quantitative development of benthic communities, their seasonal dynamics.
