Zootechnical education of Kazan State Academy of Veterinary Medicine named after N.E. Bauman is 90 years

The focus of this paper is the formation and development of Kazan zootechnical school, its current state, achievements of the past period and today. The paper describes the success of individual scientists and practitioners and their contributionto zootechnology and role in the development of animal husbandry in the Republic of Tatarstan and the Russian Federation.
