30-years prospective study: the causes of mortality among men of 40-59 years depending on the health status

In 30-years prospective study representative sampling from cohorts of healthy men (H, 134 samples), patients with isolated arterial hypertension (AH, 142 samples), patients who underwent isolated Q-myocardial infarction 6 month ago or earlier (MI, 141 sample), patients who underwent myocardial infarction combined with AH (MIAH, 128 samples) were observed. In the course of 30 years complete data on 545 men was collected. 30-year cumulative death rate in cohorts H, AH, MI, MIAH is 74,6; 71,8; 92,2 and 80,5 % accordingly.
