Some possibilities of including the holographic classroom software, namely, Internet resources and specialized computer programs (installed by developers and additional equipment) of the holographic classroom, in the process of teaching students chemical disciplines are outlined. Using the example of creating three-dimensional models of organic substances when mastering the discipline "Mechanism of action of medicines", specific techniques for using 3D modeling to organize the cognitive activities of chemistry students are shown.
