One of the leading problems of pedagogy is the modernization of the content of education, the renewal of the educational process and management based on innovative technologies, the role of the teacher in this process, the continuous development of his pedagogical activity. The modern theory of education combines the achievements of many developed countries in the field of education, which differ from each other in their goals, objectives, content, national characteristics and quality indicators. The orientation of the content of education in the country, the organization of a modernized educational process is of great pedagogical importance.

Particular attention is paid to improving the system of advanced training, the comprehensive development of education, the constant improvement of the professional competence of teachers, based on the tasks set in the New Development Strategy of Uzbekistan. As a result, the legal, scientific, methodological and material and technical support of the advanced training system is being strengthened, state requirements and curricula are being improved, and modern pedagogical and information technologies are being introduced into the educational process. At the same time, there is a need to further accelerate the professional activities of teachers based on a competencybased approach. In the Action Strategy for the Further Development of the

Republic of Uzbekistan, "to stimulate scientific research and innovation, create effective mechanisms for the introduction of scientific and innovative achievements ..., further improve the system of continuous education, increase the availability of quality education." services, training of highly qualified personnel In this regard, the mechanism of continuous development of the professional competence of teachers is important.

Today, the current state of development of society and education is determined by the modernization of the system of continuous professional education. This is especially evident in the importance of constantly improving the professional skills and competencies of teachers working in schools. Ensuring the quality of teacher training and continuous improvement of his qualifications is a key condition for the development of initiative and creativity in the educational process. One of today's priorities is special attention to the choice of the subject of universal values, dialogue, cooperation, equal partnership.

For the proper organization and development of pedagogical activity and professional training of teachers, the creation of the necessary conditions for their systematic mastery of pedagogical innovations, it is necessary:

  • -    achieving management of the educational process based on pedagogical innovations, including the humanization and democratization of teacher-student relations;

  • -    mobilize teachers of all levels and levels of education to enrich the spiritual and moral qualities of students based on the idea of national independence and the rich intellectual heritage of the Uzbek people and the priority of universal human values;

  • -    equipping teachers with effective methods of managing the educational process;

  • -    creation of pedagogical, didactic, scientific and methodological, legal, regulatory, financial, economic foundations of a model that represents

democratic, humane methods of managing the educational process and managing students' activities and introducing it into pedagogical practice;

  • -    Improving the efficiency of the process of teaching, educating and developing students based on innovations in the effective management of the educational process by teachers based on subject-subject relations and using the rich experience of developed countries;

  • -    Increasing the creative and professional activity of teachers on the basis of providing the educational process with qualified teaching staff, creating an effective, continuous system of training, retraining and advanced training of teachers;

  • -    Ensuring its quality and efficiency through the use of modern pedagogical innovations and information technologies in the educational process;

  • -    through the continuous development of the professional activities of teachers, the formation of their creative activity;

  • -    Development of scientific, methodological, technological foundations for the implementation of a differentiated approach to the educational process, taking into account the interests, needs and abilities of students, ways of integrating them into pedagogical activities.

In a word, it is important to implement the ideas of innovative activity of the teacher and the development of its content. As well as reassessment of the possibilities of technological approaches; harmonization of the results of practical, fundamental research; in the presence of a strong information flow, uneven innovation processes and dynamic changes in the needs of society, as a result of which it is necessary to develop a new legal, regulatory, pedagogical-psychological, didactic basis in the education system.
