Adaptation and development of modern system of education in the context of the fifth technological revolution

The article deals with the analysis of the evolution of the scientific approaches to the formation and development of the global system of the school and higher education under the influence of the technological, economic and social changes that are dictated by the consequences of the four industrial revolutions and the fifth progressive technological one. The author gives the description of the most widespread problems of the modern mass education.
