Adaptation of Russia's foreign economic policy to evolving global commodity flows

This article analyzes the transformation of the foreign economic policy of the Russian Federation in response to the reconfiguration of global commodity flows. It focuses on the large-scale redirection of national energy exports from Western markets to the East and South, particularly to China, India, Turkey, and the EAEU member states. The study examines the restructuring of logistics routes, analyzes the dynamics and structural shifts in Russia's import and export operations, and assesses the changing composition of its trade. Particular attention is paid to the key challenges Russia has encountered and its ongoing adaptation to the new geopolitical and economic realities.
