The adaptation of students to training in technical colleges

The article presents the results of the implementation of a model and organizational and pedagogical conditions of adaptation of students majored in engineering to training on the basis of the system of educational values in the educational process of a technical college. The identified quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the results of the implementation have shown that the comprehensive implementation of organizational and pedagogical conditions that take into account the specificity of the career of future engineers contribute to the effectiveness of students' adaptation to training in a technical college.
