Adaptation of first and second year students for university as a basis of specialist's future competitiveness

It is substantiated that specialists’ competitiveness particularly depends on successful adaptation of students in the first and second year of study. Typical difficulties of first and second year students’ adaptation are revealed and ways of their overcoming are suggested.
