Adaptive design of individual development routes for professional competencies of military department instructors as the factor of forming an innovative military-educational environment at university

The professional development of military instructors in the context of changes in higher military education systems is examined. The importance of adaptive approach to the development of individualized trajectories of instructors is emphasized. The concept “The adaptive individualized training trajectory for military instructors», its structural components and design principles are described. A design model for an individualized adaptive trajectory is proposed, consisting of a diagnostic stage, a goal-setting stage, a content-based technology stage, and a reflection and evaluation stage. Based on the systematic implementation of individualized professional development methods for military instructors, the conditions for creating an innovative military education environment in higher education institutions are analyzed. The research results can be used to develop advanced training programs for instructors at military academies.
