Adjuvant therapy in renal cell cancer. Analysis of clinical trials and evidence-based immunotherapy

The treatment of patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma is an important task of oncology. High hopes were pinned on targeted therapy, but clinical studies have shown mixed results. The most attention is drawn to the promising results of the study of immune response checkpoint inhibitors KEYNOTE-564, but the question of their application in clinical practice remains open.
