Administrative responsibility in the sphere of tourism

The article assesses the current state of the tourism business in Russia, analyzes the existing legislative norms and their application in practice, examines the main reasons for excluding tour operators from the state register, reveals the shortcomings of the existing system for regulating excursion activities in Russia, and presents recommendations aimed at increasing the responsibility of tour operators for increasing public confidence in them.
