Administrative responsibility for violations of the contract conclusion procedure

The article analyzes the law enforcement practice in the field of administrative responsibility of officials of customers who purchase goods, works, and services for public needs for violations of the contract concluding procedure and offers recommendations to reduce the risks of violations of the law. General scientific research methods of comparison and analysis and the method of expert assessments are used in the work. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that the author studied the application of administrative responsibility for offenses based on Article 7.32 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation in the context of amendments to the Law «On the Contract System...» 2022.
