Administrative responsibility for violation of customs regulations: modern realities

This article focuses on changes in matters of administrative liability for violations of customs rules (chapter 16 of the Administrative Code). Also considered the primary law in this area and the business community proposals to amend the legislation. Conducted parallels with the Republic of Belarus, namely, with the latest changes of the administrative and tax law relating to violations of customs rules.
