Administrative responsibility for offenses in the field of environmental protection and nature use in the Kaliningrad region

The article examines the administrative responsibility for offenses in the field of environmental protection and nature management, established in the Kaliningrad region, the envisaged structures of administrative offenses, some of their features and existing problems. The authors note the importance of this topic, analyze the law of the Kaliningrad region on administrative offenses and come to the conclusion about its inconsistency, the presence of restrictions for the onset of administrative responsibility, the lack of administrative offenses, as well as the need to improve it.
