Administrative prejudice: a conceptual model

The article presents a conceptual model of administrative prejudice, developed as a result of the analysis of corpus delicti. The authors consider it through the features of elements of the corpus delicti, highlighting the concept, structure and correlating with related concepts. As a result, a unified model is suggested that establishes the general rules for constructing corpus delicti with administrative prejudice, ensuring the prevention of socially dangerous behavior and the unity of application practice.
