Administrative and legal regulation of public-private partnership and the practice of its implementation

The article deals with the administrative and legal regulation of public-private partnership and the practice of its implementation. The paper reveals approaches to the concept of public-private partnership. Approaches to the consideration of public-private partnerships within the framework of the Federal Law "On Concession Agreements" and the Federal Law "On Public-Private Partnerships, Municipal-Private Partnerships in the Russian Federation and Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" are given. The attribution of PPP to administrative and civil law is considered. The shortcomings of the administrative and legal regulation of PPP at the regional and federal levels are considered. As a conclusion, a comprehensive approach to changing the organizational foundations and the legislative framework is proposed.
