Administrative and legal regulation in the field of state property management

The article analyzes the historical course of property management in Russia. The main points in history that have become key in this area are presented. Viewing the history of the development of state property management helps to consider both changes in methods and methods of management, and the changing role of state property management for the country's economy. The article also reveals one of the forms of state property management - operational management. The shortcomings of the current form of operational management are identified and disclosed. The paper distinguishes the types of refusal. It is proposed to clarify the terminology and not to use the term "refusal" in relation to the return of property to the owner.
