Administrative and legal status of migration authorities in the Kyrgyz Republic

This article deeply investigates the administrative and legal status of migration authorities in the Kyrgyz Republic and their role in national migration policy. The study examines the powers, duties, and responsibilities of the authorities, as well as the effectiveness of labor migration regulation mechanisms and the compliance of legislation with international standards. The author analytically evaluates the interaction and functions of state bodies, as well as the protection of migrants' rights and the economic impact of remittances. As a result, the effectiveness of the legal framework for migration management in the Kyrgyz Republic and its contribution to national economic development is systematically demonstrated.
