Administrative enforcement in the activities of the customs bodies in view of the administrative jurisdictional activity

In the article the author gives a legal characteristic and analyzes the peculiarities of the customs authorities ' activity on the application of administrative enforcement measures through the prism of administrative jurisdictional activity. The author investigates the types of administrative-jurisdictional proceedings from the position of administrative coercion, made some of his own conclusions and suggestions on this issue.
