Administrative offences, considered in a judicial order

The article considers the problems of attraction of non-state subjects, in particular legal persons, the courts to administrative responsibility. The author touches upon the question that courts consider the large number of administrative offences, the special nature of these offences. Provides an analysis of the judicial practice on the example of attracting courts legal persons to administrative responsibility and put forward a number of proposals on improvement of legislation.
