Administrative disputes in the sphere of urban planning policy of the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the study of the essence and specifics of administrative disputes in the sphere of urban development policy of the Russian Federation, including in the context of a specific region - the Kaliningrad region, the resolution in the courts of the Kaliningrad region of administrative disputes on challenging regulatory legal acts of the executive body of this entity in the sphere of urban development, decisions, actions, inactions of this body, problems of resolving administrative disputes in court, as well as improving the tactics and methods of implementing a court decision on administrative disputes in the sphere of urban development and the judicial mechanism for resolving the above disputes for the purpose of a faster and more effective way to restore the violated rights of citizens and legal entities.
