Administrative procedure for consideration of land disputes

In the article is considered the resolution of land disputes in the administrative order, different ways of resolving the "conflict" are analyzed. The author groups all the compositions of land offenses envisaged by the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation and classifies them according to the subjects (offender) and the content of land offenses. The work analyzes numerous statistical data related to this field.
