Аdrenocortical carcinoma of the adrenal

The report describes a case of patient's management with secreting аdrenocortical carcinoma of the left adrenal. Various diagnostic methods, including such as complex ultrasonography and multispiral computed tomography, clinical and laboratory datas, pathomorphological findigs are presented in this article. This case report shows the importance of multispiral computed tomography in adrenal lesions detection. The given clinical supervision shows necessity of application multispiral computed tomography with intravenous contrast enhancement, multiplanar reformatted images for reception of the information about character of blood supply of adrenal tumours and involving of surrounding tissues. Such information is especially important at planning of surgical treatment.
