Agent-based modelling of societal consolidation dynamics using internet content cyber-metrics algorithms

The formation of mutual respect and consent between representatives of different nationalities and ethnicities in the Republic of Crimea is of great socio-political importance. In the current context, this problem has not abated, but on the contrary, it has acquired new aspects in view of new extremist and terrorist challenges. Thus, the scientific research carried out with the financial support of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research within the framework of scientific project No. 20-011-31565 using agent technologies is relevant. An analysis of societal consolidation using Internet content cyber-metrics algorithms is the major focus of this publication. Alongside classical mathematical tools applicable for processing sociological data, cyber-metrics mechanisms based on hybrid simulation technologies are proposed. In practice, this will allow the peculiarities of the subject area under consideration, as well as the heterogeneity of the actors of the object of study, their individual characteristics and targets to be taken into account at a new methodological level. This will undoubtedly contribute to improving the quality of the decision-making process.
