Agency contract in the English-American and Russian law

The article is devoted to the agency agreement, its features in Anglo-American and Russian law. The paper analyzes the main differences and similarities existing between the agency agreements of Russian and Anglo-American law, necessary to take into account the actions of peremptory norms when parties agree on this type of contract for international cooperation in the field of mediation.
