Aggregate situationally-factor model of the state of the aggregate of small businesses and their contribution to socio-economic development of the region

For aggregated indicators aggregate of small businesses in the region, taking into account the characteristics of the functioning of the components of shadow MP mathematical model. To assess the state of small business of the Republic of Buryatia and its contribution to socio-economic develop-ment of the region is selected to build and aggregate calculation situational-ly-factor model (ASFM). The main objective of the development ASFM - is the creation of a formalized decision support tool for the formation of the state policy in the field of business support and management of its devel-opment.
