Acmeological approach to the development of future engineers’ professional and creative skills in the contex of modern requirements

The author explores one of the most urgent problems of modern education that is the development of a personality of a future engineer with professional and creative skills in the context of the existing gap between education and production. The paper presents an acmeological approach to overcome this gap. The paper also analyzes the main methods of training to develop professional and creative skills (PCS) of a future engineer in the course of vocational education. The author suggests a dual approach as a mobile way of interaction between two systems, namely education and production.
