Acmeological potential as an element of the higher school graduate's vital success strategy

Results of the sociological researches done within the limits of skilled-experimental work at a stage of ascertaining and repeated-forming experiments are presented. At a stage of ascertaining experiment opinions of the respondents, achievements of success concerning strategy and estimations of the importance of acmeological potential elements of the person for schoolboys (11 class - potential universities' entrants), for university students -future managers, for working heads of the lowest, average and the top echelon in sphere of the industry, construction, trade, services, education, medicine, transport were studied. It is determined that leading markers of success for the given group of respondents are professionalism and the social capital (the characteristic «a good kind person»). It is revealed that in structure of acmeological potential most of all respondents appreciate aspiration to self-development, self-education, experience and motivation of achievement. By results of questioning a number of the problems connected with formation of acmeological potential of the future manager in educational establishments are ascertained. At a stage of repeated-forming experiment opinions of the respondents concerning the achievements of success strategy in a concrete territory (Perm city) during carrying out of more scale on the purposes, methods, contents of sociological research which is considered valid were studied. Results of carried out research have confirmed the markers of success set in primary research.
