The article covers the specifics of such an innovative method of teaching creativity as acmeological training aimed at the mobilisation of a person’s internal resources, primarily his/her creativity. Results of the training, awareness and overcoming of creativity barriers, removal of the fear of uncertainty, dilemma, overcoming of disincentive professional stereotypes are examined.
