Axiological aspects of human security in the technospheric civilization

The article focuses on the priority of the defensive and protective functions of science, according to V.I. Vernadsky, the inadmissibility of ideological indifference of scientists, education and upbringing, the imperative of moral responsibility of scientists for using the results of their work. In 2017 designated as the Year of Ecology, both in Russia and in the world, the value approach to the management of social systems is being updated. In accordance with this approach, the institutions of science, education and upbringing have always been and continue to be the determinants of the comprehension process in relation to the highest values of personal knowledge while improving the quality of the generations life, ensuring the sustainable development of the subjects of society and the states around the world. The development or degradation of society will ultimately depend on the quality, the content of the values imparted by these institutions. As a measure of prevention and solution of those challenges that man presents to the technospheric civilization, the author suggests using the noospheric axiology that is a system of values allowing the objective process of globalization to take place in line with the nonviolent paradigm of the formation and development of a global society.
