The axiological bases of information preparation in professional education

Axiological bases of information preparation of a vocational teacher are analyzed. Application areas of the axiological approach in forming the information culture are discussed. The main regularities of the information preparation process are discussed in view of the axiological approach: information preparation of a vocational teacher is determined by the general culture and values of the personality, information preparation of a vocational teacher is inter-conditioned by mastering the values of information society, information preparation of a vocational teacher is interlinked and interdependent with person’s cognitive activities.
