This article is devoted to the axiological analysis of somatovegetative and emotional-behavioral manifestations in first-year foreign students of the medical faculty of KRSU. The study was conducted using a questionnaire that included 27 questions, divided into four blocks: vegetative manifestations, anxiety and obsessive states, emotional excitability and character traits. The obtained data were analyzed using the VassarStats method to identify significant differences between boys and girls. Significant differences were found in a number of characteristics reflecting the students' level of adaptation and emotional resilience at the beginning of their studies. It was revealed that a significant portion of students are in a premorbid state, which necessitates the introduction of a pre-clinical diagnostic system into the educational process. The authors emphasize that developing students' sustainable motivation for self-healing and the use of preventive non-drug measures are the most important areas for improving the health and physical rehabilitation of students.
