Axiological component of pedagogical culture

At present, complex processes of reorganization of the country are underway in Kyrgyzstan, which to a large extent influence the formation of the value orientation of the Kyrgyz society. Under these conditions, in the process of educating the younger generation, the role of the teacher is immeasurably important; his life position, human qualities and qualities, erudition and the quality of his pedagogical activity to a large extent depend on how a young person will leave school. Therefore, the main goal of preparing a future teacher at a university is seen in the development of his pedagogical culture, an important aspect of which is the value component of the personality. The article considers the need for axiological education of students of pedagogical universities.
