Activation of students' Research activity in a technical college: «Russian and culture of speech» course opportunities

The article deals with the competency-based approach in higher education which results in state educational standards levels attainment. The article refers to the need of students' research activation in the course of study of “Russian and Culture of Speech” using such methods as bibliography selection, answer planning, cluster and сinquain making, note-taking, developing goals, aims and hypotheses, project work.
