Activation of non-specific resistance of the organism with immunostimulating preparations in the release of the productive potential of poultry

The work on studying the efficiency of using the immunostimulating preparations Prevention-N-C and Immunavis-A was carried out in the conditions of a poultry farm. In the course of the research experiment in order to substantiate the use of the studied preparations, the dynamics of the indices of non-specific resistance of the organism and the indices of productive qualities were determined based on the results of control slaughter and anatomical cutting of the poultry. Against the background of using the preparations Prevention-N-C and Immunavis-A, a stable increase in the indices of phagocytic, lysozyme and bactericidal activities of the blood of broiler chickens within the physiological norm was established. Based on the obtained results, an increase in the productive qualities of the poultry was noted, as evidenced by the indices of pre-slaughter weight and muscle mass of carcasses. At the same time, the most pronounced corresponding effect was established when using the preparation Immunavis-A in the 2nd experimental group compared to the 1st experimental group against the background of using the biological preparation Prevention-N-C.
